Managing information has never been easier

Venues can now easily maintain and update all their data themselves, giving organizers and event planners constant access to the most up-to-date information. Both the distinctive characteristics of their venue and the rooms and various room facilities can be tracked. They can also indicate whether their venue is accessible to guests with disabilities and how they deal with sustainability at their venue.

About the platform, tool and map with all regions

We built the Utrecht venuefinder in a Dutch and English version and in line with the Utrecht Convention Bureau’s corporate identity. The venuefinder is optimized to make venues easy to find and organizers can request a question, request or quote directly from a venue in just a few clicks. In addition to the filtering options, we also displayed all venues on a map for the more oriented organizer. We also made an integration with the website of the Utrecht Convention Bureau and can show locations of a city or region there, so the Venuefinder is not separate from the Utrecht Convention Bureau. Behind the Utrecht Venuefinder is our tool where all venues are stored and where the information of both the venue and the venues can be managed by the venues themselves. Employees of have their own login and can update their venue correctly without intervention, but with clear guidelines and a help center.
